Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, or develops one under normal wear within 90 days of delivery, we'll repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects (broken clasps, loose stones, etc.)
• Plating or finish issues present on arrival

What's not covered

• Normal tarnishing or fading over time
• Damage from water, chemicals, perfume, or lotion contact
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
